Returns Policy



WHAT can be returned?
If you are unhappy in any reasonable way with the product we supply, Reds Imaging will be happy to replace or refund the product ordered.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
ANY return needs to be sent back to Reds Imaging within 7 days of notifying us of your intentions via email (info@redsimaging.com.au) or by calling Pete on 0402 647 715.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returns need to be shipped to 12 Neah Place, Butler, 6036, Western Australia

HOW do customers return items?
Returns need to be in original packaging along with a copy of your order and your details. Reds Imaging suggest you use Sendle to ship the return

SHIPPING for returns?
A refund of the shipping cost will only apply once Reds Imaging have the original order back in our print studio.

CREDIT for returns?
Reds Imaging will refund the unwanted product, less a 10% handling fee.

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packaging for return.
